June 1 – 3, 2007 (MT)
Spring Thaw Tech Day
The Montana Airheads will once again thaw out their bikes and bring them to Philipsburg for an extended Tech Day. On-site camping will be available Friday and Saturday nights. In addition to wrenching, tire biting, and fabrication of tales, there will be forays to the local establishments for food, barley, sweets, and other amazing stuff. Fashionable faire will be provided by two of the now-famous Airgirls, Signe and Georgjean, but keep in mind that they would rather wrench than cook, so proceed with caution. A new feature this year, added by raucus demand, will be the availability of motorcycle tire chains. In the event of fickle Montana snow, Signe will have rental chains (for a nominal fee) for those of you foolish enough to remove your snow tires this early in the year. Rumor has it that Signe has made her own kraut from local cabbage (the only crop that grows in Montana) to go with the beer-boiled brats, so don't miss this one. Oh yeah, bring your own tools, and for special tool needs contact the Airmarshal at 406-755-3220, or
