Airheads Death Valley Rendezvous XVII (CA)
13-16 February 2009

Join us once again for the "Oldest and Lowest" of all Airheads events - the much beloved Death Valley Rendezvous!  As always, we'll head out to the desert over President's Day Weekend for a respite from the winter chill.  The registration fee this year is $25 per person for pre-registration, which includes beer, soft drinks, snacks, and camping Friday through Monday.  Walk-up registration will be $30 at the event.  Since keg beer was such a success last year, we'll be doing it again this year.  Each adult will be issued a commemorative cup when checking it at registration - no other cups will be provided.  Individuals are on their own for regular meals, but there are plenty of options in the immediate area for dining and groceries.  Pre-registration, while not required, is strongly encouraged.  In the event that we get more people than our camping area can accommodate, first priority will be given to those who have pre-registered - walk-ins may be diverted to another nearby campground.  Please note that, while Death Valley is the driest place in North America, sometimes the area does get rain in the wintertime.  The rendezvous will be held regardless of weather, so plan your routes with attention to the weather and come prepared to have a good time regardless.  If you have any questions about the rendezvous or to request registration forms, please contact Northern California Airmarshal Andrew Hartman (#3445) at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or 650-654-8996.
