Santa Cruz, CA

Sponsored by the VBMWMO, the R90S Sport Owners Club and the Airheads, we present the 8th annual Surf City Tech Day.

Come join us overlooking the sand and the sea in Santa Cruz as we gather once again (this is the 8th one!) to bench race, enjoy a picnic lunch, and quite possibly do some maintenance or repairs to our faithful vintage/R90S/air cooled BMW motorcycles.

As usual, the drinks and main dish will be provided for lunch, and the attendees bring an appetizer/side dish/dessert to share. No need to get crazy, just something that a few others will enjoy. Together we will have plenty.

There will be plenty of room in my garage to work. I have two motorcycle lifts that will be available, a wheel balancing stand, normal hand tools, a Twinmax and a few of Ed Korn's specialized tools for /2s available.
