The Mid Atlantic Airheads will hold their SuperTech weekend this winter in Boyertown, PA (about 50 miles northwest of Philadelphia.) This extravaganza of airhead tech and training sessions will build on the success of the 2005 event but we will be able to accommodate twice the number of students this year.
The very special guest instructor, and Keynote speaker at the Saturday night banquet, will be Oak Okleshen. As you know, Oak has been one of the most significant supporters of the ABC, and airhead owners in general for decades. His writings started very early in the ChiTech manuals, then the BMW MOA Owners News and continue today in Airmail. His many seminars at MOA Nationals over the years have been great hits, and we are thrilled to have him here for SuperTech.
We will gather for dinner and tire kicking on Friday night, and the Tech Sessions will begin at 8:00 am on Saturday morning --- running all day.
Training sessions will cover how systems and components work, how to maintain and overhaul them, how to "git out of trouble" on the side of the road, and how to keep these great bikes safe and reliable. Sessions will mostly focus on the 'later' airheads from /5 on.
We'll have pizza or something for lunch and finish the day around 5 pm. The banquet dinner that evening will start around 6:00 for tire kicking time with Oak and the other instructors, then dinner and Oak's presentation.
Sessions will begin again Sunday morning and activities will conclude by noon so everyone will be able to get home in time for the Superbowl that evening if they like.
This will be a unique opportunity to get valuable maintenance and trouble shooting knowledge, and to defeat the winter doldrums and PMS (Parked Motorcycle Syndrome)
Only 60 student slots are available. Attendance at the seminars and the banquet is on a pre-registration basis only. Fees will be $50 for Airheads Beemer Club members and $60 for non-members. The banquet fee will be $25. Send checks for the total amount to Bob Sipp at 2188 Johnston Ave, Bethlehem, PA 18015.
ABC members must include their current membership number. All students should include their address, phone number and email address to facilitate sending further details. DO IT TODAY.

for questions, but only received checks will book the event. Once the max student number is reached, we will hold further checks on a standby list and return them after the weekend is completed.
We will be supplying further details like motel and airport info, maps, schedules, and driving directions to students after they register. Do not drag your feet on this one. Slots will fill up fast.
