Oak's Tech Articles PDF Print E-mail
Written by Al Sloan

Oak examining some tranny gears and parts.

The Airhead tech guru, Oak Okleshen ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ), does not have his technical articles available online.

The current tech index is approx 60 pages and covers from January 1995
thru January 2008, and supercedes all prior issues.  Price is 21.00 postpaid
first class USA. Inquire for extra postage foreign mailing. ( it varies with
country. )

There is a tech index available for Airhead members indexing the tech
articles in past issues of our monthly magazine ( AIRMAIL)  from Jan 1995 thru
Jan 2008. The cost is 21.00 postpaid USA. The purpose of the tech index is to
enable the ABC member, in minutes, to quickly search the back issues for
specific technical topics of need. The index could easily save many hours, if
not days, of needless searching.

The tech index is like a catalogue and is 60 pages, giving a brief
description of technical topic and categorized using BMW numerical format. The
actual published tech information it describes and categorizes would be ay least
800  pages total. The user determines what back issues he wants if not
already in his posession, by choosing his needs from the tech index then orders
the back issues per directions in the most current issues of AIRMAIL.

The index is purchased direct. A personal check or bank or postal money
order is satisfactory, payable to Oak Okleshen, 22637 Ridgeway, Richton Park
Illinois 60471. Foreign mailing costs are extra and highly variable depending
on destination-please inquire for current rates..

If you want personally customized information, please request the
information desired via postal or email  ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ). ( or telephone
708-748-8151) Custom requests may be available at no charge for many items as single
detailed subjects. Minimal fees in some instances may be required for
document reproduction and administrative costs. Some material may have to be
derived from archives and specially compiled and copied, and may require they be
physically sent by postal carrier. The objective is to provide information to
satisfy a particular need.

Can I send email to Oak?
Oak's email address is This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . You can also reach Oak at the mailing address above. Personal inquiries must include two detached, first class stamps, no postage meter stamps.
