These days E-mail Spam is a real pain in the drivetrain.  As a result computer users, software developers and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have increased the ways for filtering Spam out of your inbox.  While this is a good thing, spam filters aren't perfect.  You need to periodically check your spam filter / junk mail folder in whatever email program you use to make sure it isn't filtering legitimate emails.

If you didn't receive a password email, classified verification, or anything else from the website there is a good chance it is sitting in your junk mail folder.*  Just look for something from This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it !  If you don't know where to look contact your ISP or whoever is providing you with your email address.

The webmaster wrote a custom email and I got that email just fine!

they were 'signed' from different places and spam filters base their
filtering based on who 'signed' it not where it is 'from'

using gmail.com (his personal email program) and the automatically
generated emails from the website (like password requests) are 'signed'
and sent by clickonhosting.net (ABC's hosting provider).
