Thanks Harry! You're right about the seats, they look really comfy. I doubt I'll do a lot of long distance touring. I may go with a (reversible) cafe racer type look for this bike. Nothing extreme.

first airhead. 1976 Non U.S. R60/6 with R80 jugs. $500 from a good friend who hung up his helmet. *not my shop, currently parked at my dads 60 miles away.

My newly acquired 1974' R90/6. One owner from new who rode it across the country multiple times. Left it sit in 1996 in one of the barns he had on his new property they moved into in 1996. Left piston froze and in the process of trying to find a replacement cylinder. Coming along on the re-hab and look froward to get her running by Spring.

My 1994 R100LT* at Clovelly Beach carpark, Sydney, Australia.

* I'm not sure if the R100LT exists in all countries; it is the R100RT with comfort seat, heated grips, top case and LT badges. It was a limited model run in Australia around 1993-94.

1988 R100RS & 1994 R100LT (Australian model designation, an R100RT with luxury accessories)

Here’s my 95 R100 GS with just over 25,000 miles.

About to get some upgrades over the winter courtesy of the cash I got when I sold my water boxer GS-A.
