<p>I was hoping to replace rear seal on the engine, the centre ring guide proving really difficult to remove.</p>
<p>Not wanting to put to much pressure on ring guide, has any one got some wisdom to share </p>
<p>Has any one applied heat to center ring to remove it? how easy did it come off </p>
<p>did any one make  make a puller up or use bmw puller </p>
<p>Before some says did you block crankshaft, yes I did !!</p>
