Airheads are once again invited to join us in the friendly little town of Maupin for the 24th Barbour Memorial Fireflight Rendezvous.   This is a very easy gathering at a pleasant campground by the Deschutes River.  No vendors, no sponsors, no entertainment except your fellow Airheads telling stories and working on bikes.  There are a couple good restaurants in walking distance and a store in town.  You’ll find great riding roads all around.  If there is interest I can organize a white water rafting excursion.

The event officially starts on Friday Sept 11 but we have some campsites lined up on Thursday for early birds.  The Maupin City Park address is 206 Bakeoven Road Maupin, OR   97037.   Next door the Imperial River company has very nice rooms (877-986-4957) and short walk up the road the Oasis has some classic cabins  (541-395-2611)
