Dunno if this is the proper forum to post this, but hope so.
I want to buy this bike in British Columbia, but when I went on the Interweb to see how to do it I got buried in government speak. Lots of verbiage about emissions, etc. However since the vehicle is over 25 years old it seems to be somewhat exempt from the worst of the bureaucracy. Anybody attempt such foolishness before? Any luck? Any advice for a novice?
