Planning a cross country ride in June and would like recommendations a front&rear tires. I currently have metzlers F&R  the front is ok and the rear needs replacing after 5,100 miles, ( must be that tire burning 50hp!) Looking for a set (rear) that would comfortably get 7000 miles. Anyone have real world experience on tires that are currently available in stock sizes for 83 R80?  Thanks  PS. If Kris geller is reading this. I had a great ride last year.Â
