I need to reupholster my Denfeld /2 dual seat. Pan and springs are good, mounts are sound but foam is dried out and turning to powder. I think I found the right cover at Bob's, and an upholsterer of good reputation in Tucson, but he's not a Beemer guy. I don't know the construction of the upholstery of this seat (foam density, correct layers, stuff like that). Anyone have any information about how this seat needs to be built up, or can you point me to a source. I haven't owned s /2 since 1978 and I'm kind of rusty.
And if you know an upholsterer who is going to do it right, I 'd appreciate that as well. Thanks, Paul
