TWO WEEKENDS AFTER MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND
Please join me at the Camp Nelson RV Park in Camp Nelson, CA. It
has been my pleasure hosting this event for well over 10 years now.
The usual diverse group of Airheads and their guests show up and
revelry ensues! We will have grassy sites, firewood and the “Magic
Coolers” stocked with ice. There is a General Store and a Tavern
within walking distance. Regular gas available, but only during open
hours at the General Store. A short jaunt up 190 is Cedar Slope Brew,
now open and recommended. Services may be limited, so please
count on providing for yourself for the whole weekend. Fabulous
riding abounds getting to and around the area. Please RSVP!
Access to Camp Nelson: from 395 via 9 Mile Cyn. through Sherman
Pass; through Kernville up Kern River Canyon to the Western Divide
Hwy; through California Hot Springs to Western Divide Hwy; or,
through Springville up Hwy 190. Camp Nelson is off of Highway 190,
16 miles up the hill from Springville, CA. Hope to see you there!
