1977 BMW R100 RS — Possible Trade for Exceptional R75
I’m putting this out strictly to see if there might be the right R75 owner who would be interested in a trade.
I have a 1977 BMW R100 RS and have always had a soft spot for the R75. I think I might enjoy the more traditional, relaxed character of an R75.
I would be interested in trading the RS for an exceptional, well-maintained and preferably documented R75/R75/7. Originality and condition are important to me. I’m not looking for a project or a bike that needs a major restoration.
Depending on the condition and value of the R75, I’m open to a straight trade or a reasonable amount of cash to make up the difference.
This isn’t a “must sell” situation. I’m simply interested in seeing whether there is someone out there who has the right R75 and would rather own a 1977 R100 RS.
