New to the board.
I've a '71 60/5 (with later added 75/5 jugs and carbs) I bought back in '79. I bought a solo Teutonic 1000 Mile Seat soon after from Bob Henig (Bob's BMW) back when he was selling parts out of his basement. Being young and broke, I deferred on the rack with companion seat, thinking no-one would buy just that, and I could come back for it later. Never got it, and have not heard of the seat since, let alone the companion seat/rack.
Anyone ever hear of this brand seat? I'd love to see pics as I've always wondered if mine had been "custom" fitted.
I have a Teutonic 1000 mile saddle and I absolutely love it...and they are apparently as rare as hen's teeth 🙂
I've run one for years. Love it on my 75/5. I too wish I could come across the associated "Freighter" luggage rack tjhat goes from the seat all across the rear fender. Anybody got one for sale?

Sorry James, missed your reply until now. Yes, they do seem somewhat few and far between. I just bought some leather and am getting ready to have mine recovered. I'd still like to get the rear passenger seat/mount to go with it!
