This is a heavy duty rain/weather cover that was just used to cover a BMW 1100RT in my garage… not outdoors. The cover is about 15 years old. As the original tag on the storage bag shows, it was $73 new then Comparable covers are @ $100-$125 today. There is clear (discolored a bit from age but still supple) window so you can see the license plate. There is a flannel type lining to protect the tank and painted areas and reinforced grommets should you wish to tied it down. I no longer need this and just want to get it to someone who can use it.
