I've been riding with a Rabid Transit for 2 seasons now ,and I have only seen 3 others on Airheads . It was at the last BMW RA meet in Chippewa Falls ,Wis. this summer . They all look nicer then mine . But I was just wondering if there are more Rabid's outside of the Mid-west. Mines on a white 1973 and a 1/2 toaster tank .I think it looks nice . Well ,have a cup or a cold one and tell me about yours.

Several times I’ve attended the “Hill Country Hangout” BMW Rally in Kerrville TX. There is usually a handful of airheads. Two guys with airheads come from San Angelo TX, and one of them has a Rabid Transit Fairing on their /5 or /6. It looks good, and I know he enjoys the Fairing.
Myself, my /7 wears a Hannigan Super Sport fairing with lowers. I’ve enjoyed it for many seasons (since 1982). I never see any of these on the road, either.
