I'm reticent to make a "somebody ought to" suggestion, but here it goes.
In the Tech Articles "Literature" section, the section providing Oak's email address and telephone number really should get edited out...for obvious reasons. It was accurate when Snowbum listed it but it is not helpful now.

Thank you for the suggestion John, I've made the post in question private for the time being and will review with the team when I get a chance about how we might review and repost any info there that would still be relevant.
