need to replace my seals .there is a crush washer on the bottom where can i get one.my dealer said go to a hardwhere store and get a brass washer help

You can get the OEM part online from Max BMW web site.
Other hardware sources, like McMster-Carr, sell metric crush washers for almost any size drain plug. Once you have the washer out you can measure the ID and OD. Due to the shipping costs, it's hardly worth ordering 2, so count on adding some crush washers for the oil pan, gearbox and final drive too.
