I ordered a tool from Cycle Works almost a month ago. Other than taking my payment, no communication from Dan. No response to my emails, and his phone is permanently busy. Never known for outstanding customer service, appears he may have either quit the business, or has better things to do. I'd be very hesitant to order anything from him at this time.
Same boat here. Ordered 3 tools on 9/3…2 follow up emails and no response. I’ll give it one more week and then dispute on my CC. Per his website everything was in stock.
