Hi everyone, new to the airhead world and picked a R100R. My first project is to rebuild carbs. The tops are chromed and it is peeling. Any suggestions for removing the chrome?

Probably be easier just to buy some good used tops.
Owning an old Airhead is easy.
Keeping an old Airhead running great is the true test.
