I decided to go with an LED headlight early last year and its pretty lame as far as brightness. What LED lights would be the best for brightness and highway coverage and still fit in the headlamp shell without excessive heat?

Owning an old Airhead is easy.
Keeping an old Airhead running great is the true test.
It has been a while, so an update: I initially went with an LED so save wattage for I was wanting to go with amber running lights, as well as a plug for my heated vest.
I decided to go back with a normal bulb because not only did the LED light suck, I also found some great LED running lights that worked well with my setup. At night with all lights running it charges well above 2k rpm. I am adding a pic of the LED running lights...
