Looking to replace my rubber front brake lines. I found a Spiegler no.
SBMO 0102. The site I saw this on was pretty vague. Is this correct and any deals out there?
Thanks Ray

Can't help you with Speigler. I used Fragola parts and hoses from Race Part Solutions in Maysville, GA.

Each ATE caliper required:
One 342024 black hose with 45° angled end
One 650310 straight adapter (at the m/c end)
One 650202 straight adapter (at the fork leg end)

This setup retains the steel tube on the fork leg, but does away with the steel tube at the master cylinder. It also usually requires new rubber grommets at both ends. Not because of the hose, but because of general grommet aging.

Most viewers thought these were OEM hoses

That's a standard 24" hose. The next standard length is 30", which would droop too much.
At a higher price you can special order the same hose in any length using: 312-1-4-xx (Where xx is the length in inches. So, 26" = 312-1-4-26.)

Thank you! Mine are original, the time to change them was years ago. Red smoke is the best S color to me. Beautiful Bike!

On a 1978, you also need to check the date code on the front snowflake, if that's what you have.

Thanks for the reminder. I forgot about the recall. My wheel is
36 31 1241 164. I don't think this is a recalled wheel.

Is it a 19" wheel ? If so, what is the date code ?
